Thank you for considering being a sponsor for JBF Spring Hill/Franklin's Spring 2024 event! Just Between Friends is a semi-annual pop-up children's and maternity consignment sales event. We are proud to bring a community-building sale where local families can save hundreds of dollars (and make hundreds of dollars) on everything their growing kids need.

Through your generous sponsorship, your business will be helping us to make a huge impact on our community by helping hundreds of local families say, 'YES!' to the things their children need without the pressure of retail store prices. In turn, your business will get visibility to these local families through various means and a platform for networking with other businesses, community leaders, and potential clients.

Sponsorship Packages

  • -Company logo and bio placed on our website Home Page for 6 months
    -Company logo displayed at each check-out/register station
    -Company logo and link included on all emailed communication to shoppers
    -Promotions of event/sponsor contests
    -Mentions throughout every event campaign on our Facebook page and during the sales event
    -Vendor table located inside or outside the venue for all days of the event
    -500 inserts/items (provided by sponsor) passed out to shoppers
    -Company Banner (provided by sponsor) displayed at the sale event
    -Early Entry Presale Passes for company employees or for customer giveaways
    -Opportunity to offer a special demo/activity/presentation during all sale days

  • -Email newsletter announcement on specific day
    -Mention on our social media pages 5 specific times throughout event campaign
    -Vendor Table inside or outside the venue for all days of the event
    -500 inserts (provided by sponsor) passed out to shoppers
    -Company banner displayed at the sale event (provided by sponsor)
    -Opportunity to offer a special demo/activity/presentation on specific sale day
    -Presale Passes for company employees or for customers/giveaways
    -Option to contribute raffle/giveaway prizes

  • -Company banner (provided by sponsor) placed at the entry or exit of our venue during our sale event
    -Vendor Table inside or outside the venue for two (2) days of the event
    -Three (3) social media posts (designed by you, approved by us) onto our social media pages within the 14 days leading up to our event
    -Presale passes for company employees

  • Event Bag Inserts (provided by sponsor)
    -Advertise with samples, trinkets, coupons, fliers, promotional items, etc. inserted into our event bags to 150 customers
    -One (1) social media post (designed by you, approved by us) onto our social media pages within the 7 days leading up to our event

By completing and signing this agreement, I hereby agree to the sponsorship amount indicated above or the indicated in-kind donation to JBF Spring Hill/Franklin in exchange for the listed marketing presence leading up to, during, and after (if applicable) JBF Spring Hill/Franklin's event.
