The Vendor is responsible for acquiring any required Vendor permits for the City of Spring Hill and any required business insurance for your industry.
The Vendor Fee invoice will be due within 5 days of receipt as JBF Spring Hill/Franklin will not hold your spot without payment. The Vendor Fee is only for the dates listed and will not apply to any future events of JBF Spring Hill/Franklin.
CANCELLATION POLICY: Cancellations may be made and given a refund (minus a 10% advertising fee) up until 45 days (March 6, 2024) before the event. After March 6, 2024, any deposit or payment will be forfeited if you choose not to participate in the event.
In the event that our event is cancelled, the vendor will receive a full refund.
Refunds will not be given for vendor space paid for, but not utilized as you have indicated due to leaving early, no shows, etc.
Location of booths will be randomly assigned at the discretion of JBF Spring Hill/Franklin. Preferred Vendors will be randomly placed within the Preferred Vendor area.
Please maintain a professional work space & environment. No children or pets at any time during the sale (except nursing infants) at your booth.
Vendors are responsible for their own food, drinks, & other necessities (with the exception of the indicated Vendor Add-ons) as you work your booth.
JBF Spring Hill/Franklin does not take any of your earnings and therefore, you are solely responsible for the manning and operation of your booth.
JBF Spring Hill/Franklin reserves the right to have vendors remove items from their booth if deemed inappropriate for any reason.
Vendor hereby grants to JBF Spring Hill/Franklin the irrevocable and unlimited right and permission to use photographs and/or video recordings of Vendor, Vendor’s intellectual property and Vendor’s property on JBF Spring Hill/Franklin’s social media and other Internet properties, publications, promotional flyers, marketing materials, derivative works, or for any other similar purpose without compensation or permission from Vendor. Vendor hereby releases, acquits and forever discharges JBF Spring Hill/Franklin from any and all claims, demands, rights, promises, damages, and/or liabilities arising out of or in connection with the use or distribution of said photographs and/or video recordings, including but not limited to any claims for invasion of privacy, appropriation, likeness, or defamation. Vendor hereby warrants that Vendor and each of its employees and subcontractors is eighteen (18) years of age or older.
I understand and agree that Just Between Friends (JBF) of Spring Hill/Franklin is not responsible for fire, loss, theft or damage to my personal, business or display items. I agree to hold harmless JBF, its owners, participants, helpers and sponsoring organizations from any and all liabilities and damages to and from my product. I agree to hold harmless JBF Spring Hill/Franklin, its owners, its participants, helpers and sponsoring organizations for any personal injury resulting from participation in the JBF consignment sale from whatever cause either seen or unseen. I agree that JBF, its owners, participants, helpers and sponsoring organizations are not responsible for my success or sales at the JBF Sales Event. I am solely responsible for setting up and breaking down my booth and agree to all above terms and conditions.
